Program Design is a pre-requisite for CHEK Exercise Coach, CHEK Holistic Lifestyle Coaching Level 2 and CHEK Golf Biomechanics
Approx 6 - 7 hours to complete
Program Design was developed by Paul Chek, Charles Poliquin, Kim Goss and exercise scientist Jerry Telle.
They have combined their extensive expertise to teach you how to effectively manage acute exercise variables. After completing Program Design you will be able to apply the science of selecting reps, sets, loads, tempo and rest periods to programs for patients in rehabilitation or for amateur and elite athletes.
Program Design is for immediate application.
