General Information and Policies

• Prerequisite course tests must be submitted to the C.H.E.K Institute for grading no later than 45 days prior to the start of a course module.
• Registration Forms for any session must be submitted no later than six weeks in advance of the course date; this should be accompanied with payment of 50% deposit. Payment of the deposit confirms a place in the course. Course placement is strictly first come first served. Class sizes are limited (CHEK Exercise Coach: 6-12 Students, C.H.E.K Certification Levels 1 & 2: 6-10 Students)
• Please confirm your course registration and course dates, prior to confirming any travel arrangements.

Course or Seminar Refund Policy

If within 60 days of completing a course if a student does not feel the knowledge they learned has helped them achieve better results or if a student is dissatisfied with a course for any reason, they can make a written request and receive a full refund of the amount paid for the course.

• Procedure – The student must write to HQH explaining why they were dissatisfied with the course or seminar and requesting a refund. Send this together with the course manual and any other texts, handouts or course materials that they received on the course. Refunds will not be given unless all course materials are returned. The student will be issued a full refund within five business days of receiving the complaint, all course materials and the request for refund.

Course or Seminar Transfer Policy

Refunds will be not be given for cancellations made by students after payment is received. Exceptions for extreme circumstances may be made at the discretion of HQH, all requests must be in writing. Any payments (minus a 15% transfer fee) may be credited to future seminars or courses taken with 12 months. If any course is cancelled by the C.H.E.K Institute or HQH, a full refund of all received payments will be given or credited to subsequent seminars or courses within five business days of notice of cancellation.

Referring Incentive Program

For anyone referring people who register and attend the following CHEK seminars, HLC 1, Exercise Coach or Golf Biomechanics, HQH will issue a voucher worth NZ/AUS $50 to be used towards any HQH organized CHEK seminar/s.  These vouchers will expire 24 months after being issued.  Each CHEK seminar registration form will have a place to record the referring person’s full name, email and/or phone number.  This will be used for issuing vouchers and must be filled in to be valid.  A voucher will be emailed to the referring person with a number, expiry date and name of the person referred following completion and attendance of the course by the person referred.  HQH will store this information in a database.  To redeem a voucher towards any CHEK seminar, phone the HQH office for details. This offer can be used with the HLC “4-at-a-time registration” offer. Vouchers redeemable for: CHEK Exercise Coach; C.H.E.K Practitioner Level 1, 2, 3; Golf Biomechanics; and HLC Level 1, 2, 3.
