How to order from the Online Store
To order from our online store, all you need to do is simply select the product category from the menu:
- Add all the products you want to order to your shopping cart.
- Proceed to the checkout where you will be presented with a list of the products you are ordering, and a subtotal of the cost. (Please note that if you are entitled to Professional or Trade Discounts, the discount will be reflected on your invoice, not in our shopping cart. )
- Enter the shipping address and select a method.
You will be presented with an estimate of the cost of shipping (The email we send when we process the order will contain the actual cost of shipping).
- Enter billing and credit card details.
- Click Place Order
You will receive an email containing a copy of your order.
When we process your order, you will recieve details of your order including any discounts and actual shipping costs, which includes handling. For International orders valued between NZD$250 and NZD$620, an additional NZD$10 Postal Insurance fee applies.
PAYMENT OPTIONS: Ordering online is easy with our "secure" server. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards.
OUR GUARANTEE: We guarantee all our products to be free of manufacturing defects and suitable for the intended use. Normal wear and tear is not covered. We also offer an unconditional 30 day money back guarantee if the product is returned in an unused and unmarked condition. Please call us if you have any problems with any of our products to arrange what we can do for you.
A Special note regarding Videos/DVDs.
Occasionally we get videos/dvds returned that a customer reports problems such as poor audio or picture, but on testing on our equipment, is fine. So if you experience these types of problems, please test it on another video/dvd player before sending it back to us. Some video/dvd players if poorly maintained can actually damage the video/dvd.
TRADE DISCOUNTS / PROFESSIONAL DISCOUNTS: Trade and Professional discounts are available. Phone the HQH office to enquire.
CURRENCY AND TAX: All prices are stated in New Zealand Dollars excluding Tax. All New Zealand orders will be subject to 12.5% GST. All other orders are exempt from Taxes. GRAVITY™ equipment sent to Australian addresses will be shipped within Australia and are subject to 10% Australian GST.
SHIPPING INFORMATION: After you place your order, you will receive an automated response confirming your online purchase. If this e-mail is not received immediately, your order was not successfully completed. Please reorder or contact us via e-mail or phone. We take care to dispatch your order in the best, fastest and safest way that we can. We prefer to use a courier service except for rural addresses. If the courier needs to have special instructions about leaving your parcel if no one is home to receive it, please give us those details when placing your order.

Overseas rates are calculated at time of processing your order.
OVERSEAS ORDERS: In some countries an import or duty tax may be charged by that country. International orders may be subject to Customs inspections and/or fees based upon each specific Country's regulations. We cannot be responsible for these actions nor for reimbursement of any Customs fees if products are returned. Also, for International orders valued between NZD$250 and NZD$620 an additional NZD$10 Postal Insurance fee applies.
BACK-ORDERS: When an item goes on back-order, you will be notified by email. If your order contains other items beyond the back-ordered item, then we will ship your order. We will ship the remaining item as soon as we receive it at no extra cost to you. Your credit card will be charged as the items are shipped to you.
