General information and Policies
Workshop/lecture placement is strictly first come first served. Class size is limited depending on the venue.
Please confirm your workshop/lecture registration and dates, prior to confirming any travel arrangements.
Workshop/Lecture Refund Policy
If within 60 days of completing a workshop or attending a lecture a student does not feel the knowledge they learned has helped them achieve better results or if a student is dissatisfied with a workshop or lecture for any reason, they can make a written request and receive a full refund of the amount paid for the workshop/lecture.
• Procedure – The student must write to HQH explaining why they were dissatisfied with the workshop/lecture and are requesting a refund. Send this together with the any manuals, other texts, handouts or materials that they received at the workshop/lecture. Refunds will not be given unless all materials are returned. The student will be issued a full refund within five business days of receiving the complaint, all materials and the request for refund.
Workshop/LectureTransfer Policy
Refunds will be not be given for cancellations made by students after payment is received. Exceptions for extreme circumstances may be made at the discretion of HQH, all requests must be in writing. Any payments (minus a 15% transfer fee) may be credited to future workshops/lectures taken with 12 months. If any workshop/lecture is cancelled by HQH, a full refund of all received payments will be given or credit to subsequent workshops/lectures within five business days of notice of cancellation.
