The complete Strength & Power Series includes three levels based on advanced training methods for strength training. It comprises of:
Level 1 - Fundamental Lifts
Level 2 - Complex Lifts
Level 3 - Non-Conforming Lifts
This course is designed for anyone working within the strength & power fields, or those training high-performance clients / athletes.
